Jacqueline Hudiburg is a gifted Licensed Massage Therapist with over 26 years experience, versatile in a number of forms of body work. Having worked in various settings from chiropractic offices, spas, massage clinics, and private residences, she focuses on healing the whole-being, incorporating multiple massage modalities to best meet her individual client’s needs.
Swedish Massage - for relaxation and increasing circulation/lymph flow; helps to relieve that “congested” feeling and generalized tension.
Integrative Massage - uses breath work and all strokes are circular in nature going away from the center of the body. Focus is on relieving stress, releasing emotional layers, and grounding in one’s own body.
Deep Tissue/Trigger Point Therapy - breaking up chronically contracted muscle tissue for better range of motion and muscle health; relieving referral pain patterns from injury or repetitive use.
Hot Stone Massage - uses smooth, heated stones to relax stubborn musculature; the heat also stimulates detoxification on a deeper layer than regular massage.
Other modalities - used in conjunction with those listed above: Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Passive Stretching and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching.
Hunter Method - an unconventional therapy created by Stephanie Hunter using touch and movement to change muscle memory and get people out of pain. This method is interactive and the client is clothed. By using movement and a targeted touch, it signals to the brain that it’s okay to move bringing chronically contracted muscle back to optimal tone. Many clients feel relief in 5-10 sessions depending on the severity of the issue.

Brigitte focuses on helping the skin to function optimally by stimulating the healing power of nature with performance, results-driven natural skin care products, facials and microcurrent treatments.
MICROCURRENT: a form of massage, using very low levels of electrical current. It triggers the body’s natural cellular repair mechanism. The effects are immediate and cumulative. The uplifting therapy is preventative, as well as corrective.
